Who it is
Even Construtora e Incorporadora (B3: EVEN3) traces back to 1980 and was consolidated as Even in 2002, going public on B3’s Novo Mercado in 2007. Headquartered in Chácara Santo Antônio, in São Paulo, it worked for years in the mid and high-end segments and, from 2015, anchored firmly in the high and ultra-high-end of the capital’s West and South zones. It kept its decade-long partnership with the southern Brazilian firm Melnick for over a decade, unwinding it completely by 2024 to focus on São Paulo.
