The criterion is the asset, not the person.

We do not ask for statements, tax returns or bank letters. One single thing is verified: a property from US$ 1 million, transacted with Fragata or under a search mandate with us.

MEMBERSHIP

Questions every member asks.

  • What does it cost to join?

    Nothing. Membership is a counterpart of the relationship with Fragata, and the card has no annual fee while it is active.

  • And if I sell the property?

    The passport is valid for a year and is reissued on renewal. Selling through Fragata keeps the membership; leaving the range suspends it at the turn of the period, with no notice to any partner.

  • Why a value range?

    Because the benefits are negotiated against it. It is the same criterion a shipyard or an airline would apply anyway — the difference is that here it is checked once, by us, and never exposed again.

  • Can I refer someone?

    Yes. Member referrals go straight to the committee, under the same verified-asset criterion.
