Do I need to be a real estate broker?
No. The negotiation is always led by a house real estate broker, registered with CRECI.
What is an affiliate?
Someone who refers agencies and real estate brokers to list with the house. The affiliate receives 5% of everything their referrals receive from the house in each one's first 12 months: if they refer an agency, they earn on it and on all of its real estate brokers; if they refer a real estate broker, they earn on that broker. They also receive 5% of the commission when buyers or owners who came through their link close a deal. Someone who knows the person and refers them by name is a referrer, at 10%. Payment is monthly, on the previous month's deeds. They follow their network, sales and earnings on the dashboard in the portal, where the invitation tools also live.
