Straight questions

What if the Bandeira's client buys my property?

Then it is your sale, handled by the house as agreed in your contract. The 5% applies to those who arrive through the Bandeira and buy another Fragata property.

For how long do I get paid?

For 12 months, counted from each prospect's arrival. Payment is monthly, on the deeds signed the previous month.

How do I know who came through my Bandeira?

Every scan of the code and every call or message from someone who saw the sign is registered in your name, with date and time. You get an alert and follow along in your account on the portal. For discretion, you see each prospect's first name and stage.

What if someone sees the sign and contacts Fragata another way?

When they mention the property or the Bandeira's address, the advisor registers it in your name. The first registration always prevails.

Do I need to grant exclusivity?

No. The Bandeira can live alongside other signs, and you take it down whenever you like. If you prefer to give the house exclusivity, see what changes.

A Fragata advisor, within minutes. Negotiations are always conducted by a real estate broker registered with CRECI.
