Casas Altas do Morumbi

In Morumbi, a gated condominium of just six houses of 586 to 730 m², designed under an architect's direction for the kind of plot where the only way out is quality of design: few units, very spacious, in an exclusively residential neighbourhood.

History

From Rovic — a developer founded in 1978 by the architect Roberto Visnevski, whose surname gives the company its name —, Casas Altas do Morumbi is born from the market’s most difficult model: six houses in a condominium, on a 1,947 m² plot, in a residential zone where cost cannot be offset with height. The house’s architectural origin weighs on the product: close oversight of each project and authorial design as the differentiator, in place of scale. The developer states the development as an upcoming launch; the handover year is not fixed here while construction is ongoing.

Architecture and aesthetics

Architecture by Jorge Pessoa on a 1,947 m² plot divided among six large-scale houses. Interiors signed by Marina Linhares and landscaping by Cardim Arquitetura. The small scale is the guiding concept: instead of a tower, a handful of spacious residences with house design, the opposite of a volume-driven product.

Morumbi: the address

Morumbi is one of the most residential and tree-lined addresses in the West Zone, with wide streets, dense vegetation and top-tier houses. Rua Joaquim Cândido de Azevedo Marques, at number 81, sits in the prime green strip between Morumbi and Cidade Jardim, where low-density housing is the predominant use — the natural setting for a condominium of few houses.
