From Rovic — a developer founded in 1978 by the architect Roberto Visnevski, whose surname gives the company its name —, Casas Altas do Morumbi is born from the market’s most difficult model: six houses in a condominium, on a 1,947 m² plot, in a residential zone where cost cannot be offset with height.
