An architect's developer: almost fifty years in which the founder has shaped the vision behind the product — and the company's name is his signature abbreviated.
Who they are
Rovic was founded in 1978 by architect Roberto Visnevski, whose full name is kept in the corporate name — Roberto Visnevski Incorporação e Construções Ltda. It started small and São Paulo-based and, from 2007, expanded its reach to Salvador, Curitiba and Guarujá, without losing the mark of an architect-led house: close involvement in every project and a repertoire that runs from the compact urban unit to the small-scale condominium in a garden neighbourhood.
Its architectural origin weighs on the product. The portfolio mixes studio towers in Pinheiros and Ipiranga with small-scale operations of signature design in strictly residential zones — the kind of plot where height cannot compensate for cost, and the only way out is design quality.

- Positioning: based in São Paulo with forays into the coast and other state capitals; from the investor’s compact unit to the highest-end house condominium.

- Casas Altas do Morumbi — Morumbi, six houses of 586 to 730 m² on a 1,947 m² plot, with architecture by Jorge Pessoa, interiors by Marina Linhares and landscaping by Cardim Arquitetura.
