History

From Helbori, with furniture curation by the Artefacto label, Helbor Jardins por Artefacto repeats the Faccesi project trio: architecture by Aflalo Gasperinii, interiors and decoration of the common areas by Fernanda Marquesi and landscaping by Alex Hanazakii. It is the Helbor luxury signature applied to Jardinsi, in two low-density towers anchored steps from CJ Shops Jardinsi.

Architecture and aesthetics

These are two towers with different living logics, and that is the decision that defines the complex: Tower 1 has one flat per floor, with standard units of 372.65 m² and a garden of 591.08 m²; Tower 2 works with two per floor, standard units of 322.55 m² and gardens of 397.92 m². On a 2,879 m² plot, Aflalo Gasperinii signs the contemporary high-end design, Fernanda Marquesi is responsible for the interiors and common areas and Alex Hanazakii for the landscaping — the same trio as Faccesi, in the same stretch of Jardinsi. The layer that singles out the address is Artefacto: furniture curation by the label and common areas decorated ByArtefacto.

Jardim Paulista: the address

The address is a corner: Rua Haddock Loboi and Alameda Lorenai, a two-minute walk from the intersection of Haddock Lobo with Rua Oscar Freirei — the country’s most expensive retail crossing. It is the point where Jardinsi is densest in fashion, dining and services, and the building does not disguise the choice: the Sunday market between Augustai and Haddock Lobo is a little over a hundred metres away, Hotel Emilianoi four hundred, Oscar Freire Stationi five hundred and fifty.
