Facces Jardins by Helbor

History

From Helbori, with construction by Toledo Ferrarii, architecture by Aflalo Gasperinii, interiors by Fernanda Marquesi and landscaping by Alex Hanazakii, Facces Jardins brings together a strong signature team in a boutique residential building on Alameda Lorena, right in the heart of Jardinsi. The project navigates between two vantage points: the units face either Alameda Lorena or Jardim Europai.

• Concept: the double-signature boutique (name-brand architecture, interiors and landscaping) with distinct views.
• Curiosities: of the nineteen units, eleven have a view of Alameda Lorena and six of Jardim Europai.

Architecture and aesthetics

The single tower, one apartment per floor, is organised by an orientation decision: some units face Alameda Lorenai and some face Jardim Europai — two view addresses within the same building, and two floor plans to serve each one. Aflalo Gasperinii signs the high-end contemporary architecture and resolves the interior through a clear separation between the social and private wings, with a gourmet balcony and high acoustic-performance window frames, which on a street of shops and restaurants are not refinement, they are necessity. Jardim Paulista: the address

Alameda Lorenai runs parallel to Rua Oscar Freirei and crosses Jardinsi, linking the area around Avenida Paulistai to that of Faria Limai — crossing Consolaçãoi, Augustai, Bela Cintrai and Haddock Loboi along the way. Number 1335 falls near the crossing with Haddock Lobo, and there the alameda is both things at once: a ground floor of shops and restaurants, upper floors of low-density living. From this point in Jardim Paulistai, the retail of Rua Oscar Freirei is one block away and Jardim Europai appears on the horizon on the tower’s other face — and that difference between the two faces of the address is, in this building, also the difference between two floor plans.
