Helbor

A family-owned, publicly listed "pure developer" that migrated from Mogi das Cruzes to the top tier of Jardins, Itaim and Moema.

Who it is

Founded in 1977 in Mogi das Cruzes by Henrique Borenstein, Helbor carries in its name a tribute to his father, Hélio Borenstein. It defines itself as a pure developer: it manages the entire real estate process, from land purchase to delivery, but does not build (leaving construction to partner builders). Publicly listed since 2007, on B3’s Novo Mercado (HBOR3) and still controlled by the family, it has developed more than 260 projects across the country. In recent years, anchored by a robust land bank, it has turned its focus to the high and highest end of São Paulo.

Product vision

  • Positioning: high and highest-end, with a historic presence in the mid-to-high tier as well; growing focus on São Paulo’s prime addresses (Jardins, Moema, Itaim, Brooklin).
  • Differentiators: a pure-developer model, with strong management and curation of partners, and one of the sector’s largest land banks in prime locations across the capital.

Launches

  • Figueira Leopoldo, in Itaim, with landscape design by Benedito Abbud.
  • Complexo W São Paulo (W Residences), international standard in the capital.
