REM Construtora has operated since 1990 as a builder and developer, heavily concentrated in São Paulo’s western zone — Perdizes, Alto da Lapa, Vila Romana, Água Branca — and based on Avenida Francisco Matarazzo. It declares more than 630,000 m² built or under construction, across 56 residential and commercial developments, bank branches and warehouses.
Product vision
- Positioning: from mid-to-high-end residential to ultra-high-end, the latter organised since 2025 under the REM Luxury Properties line.
- Differentiators: Altitude Jardins por Artefacto, the luxury line’s first development, won the 2025 Prêmio Master Imobiliário from FIABCI-Brasil and Secovi-SP in the Professional – Architectural Solutions category, and is the first branded residence managed by CBRE in Brazil.
