It comprises two towers anchored by Yooi‘s international design signature.

Architecture and aesthetics

Two sister towers of fourteen storeys — West and East — on a 2,810 m² plot, with two flats per floor and fifty-six residences in all: low density for the sizes practised on the avenue. The architectural project is by LE Arquitetosi, but the signature that gives the address its name works from the inside out — Yoo Studioi is responsible for the language of the interiors and common areas, and the concept reaches the resident through the floor plan before it reaches the façade, in the spacious, continuous living room that Philippe Starcki‘s repertoire calls for. The landscaping is by Benedito Abbudi, and it is his work that stitches the building to the greenery across the street: the ground floor is treated as a garden for use and passage, not as a mandatory setback.

Vila Clementino: the address

Avenida Professor Ascendino Reis runs along the eastern side of Parque Ibirapuerai and stitches Vila Clementinoi to Vila Marianai and to Moemai — and number 1300 sits at the end where the avenue has already brushed up against Moema. The precision matters: the park across the street is Parque das Bicicletasi, not Ibirapuera, which is a little under a kilometre away; what this stretch offers is neighbourhood greenery at the door and the big park a walk away. The rest of daily life comes from all three neighbourhoods at once — Estação AACD-Servidori on Line 5 – Lilac less than four hundred metres away, Estação Moemai and Shopping Ibirapuerai less than a kilometre away, and the health and education hub that gives Vila Clementino its identity just above, towards Hospital Edmundo Vasconcelosi. It is a border address, and the border here is an advantage: it gets Moema’s services, Ibirapuera’s greenery and Clementino’s residential quiet without being entirely in any of the three.
