Edge Pinheiros

History

Edge Pinheiros was born from an unusual ambition for a compact urban plot: to raise, on a busy corner of Pinheirosi, a single sculptural tower, capable of its own identity without giving up privacy and light. The development is by One Innovationi (also spelled One DI), a house that brings decades of São Paulo construction heritage to a contemporary product. The architectural design is by MCAA Arquitetosi, the interiors are by Chris Silveirai and the landscaping is by Benedito Abbudi — one of the most respected names in Brazilian landscaping.

Delivered at the end of 2024, the building occupies the corner plot between Rua Artur de Azevedo and Rua Antônio Bicudo, which opens the tower to the landscape on two sides. There are 23 residential floors serving just 47 apartments, a ratio of two per floor — a deliberately low density for the neighbourhood’s standard.

• Concept: an inhabited sculpture. The façade’s curved elements are not merely aesthetic: they ensure privacy and bathe the leisure floor, on the first storey, in natural light.
• Recognition: Edge Pinheiros received the 2025 Master Imobiliário Award, a distinction created in 1994 and known as the “Oscar of the real estate market,” granted by Fiabci-Brasil and Secovi-SP. It ranked among the year’s award-winning works — a rare seal, recognising excellence in concept, design and execution.
• Not to be confused with: this is the Edge in Pinheirosi, on the corner of Rua Artur de Azevedo and Rua Antônio Bicudo, delivered in 2024. There is a first one, Edge Itaimi, on Rua João Cachoeira, in Vila Nova Conceição/Itaim, delivered in 2021: the same house line — same developer (One Innovationi) and same architecture firm (MCAA Arquitetosi), with landscaping also by Benedito Abbudi on both — not a reused name.

Architecture and aesthetics

Edge’s signature is the curved façade, which gives the building a contour recognisable from a distance and resolves, in a single gesture, three problems: visual identity, unit privacy and generous lighting for the leisure area. The language is contemporary and authorial, from the exterior to the interiors conceived by Chris Silveirai — sophistication and dynamism in every space. The apartments deliver gourmet terraces and private storage, in a finish designed for the top-tier resident.

Few neighbourhoods capture contemporary São Paulo like Pinheirosi: the cultural life of Largo da Batata and Rua dos Pinheiros, the dining scene of Teodoro Sampaio, the web of galleries, cafés and bars, and the immediate proximity to the Faria Limai financial axis. Metro Line 4 – Yellow, with Fradique Coutinhoi and Faria Limai stations within walking distance, connects the address to the rest of the city without a car. It is a neighbourhood with a dense top-tier supply — most of the local luxury stock is in spacious units, above 150 m² —, and the Edge positions itself at the top of that segment, with the added advantage of low density.
