Who talks with you
Fragata Private Brokers uses curation intelligence in its WhatsApp service. It helps understand what you are looking for, organizes information about properties and buildings, and prepares the way to the right professional of the house.
Each service line is operated and followed by a real person from the team, in real time. The intelligence works with that person's knowledge and consent, and under their supervision.
The commercial side is always human
Negotiation, offers, prices and contracts are always handled by a professional of the house. The intelligence does not negotiate, does not promise prices and does not close deals.
If you ask, the answer is yes
If you want to know whether you are talking with an artificial intelligence, the answer will be yes, honestly, and a person from the team takes over the conversation right away.
And if you prefer to talk only with a person, just say so. No need to explain why.
What is recorded
Conversations are recorded, with date and time, so that the house can follow the quality of the service and pick up where it left off. We ask only for the information needed to serve you.
How to ask for no further contact
Just say it, in whatever words you like. An "I don't want this", "I'm not interested", "stop messaging me": any form works.
The request takes effect immediately and for good. We do not ask why, we do not insist and we do not come back.
