Arbórea Ibirapuera

History

Arbórea Ibirapuera belongs to the Icônicos line of Benxi, a developer with more than five decades in São Paulo, and is born of the same thesis as the other Arbóreas in the portfolio: a single unit type, few units, and one strong author carrying the architecture and interiors through from end to end. Here that author is Jacobsen Arquiteturai, responsible for both fronts; the landscaping is by Orsini Paisagismoi.

The project has been approved — the developer reports the municipal administrative permit process — and, as of August 2026, was awaiting registration of the incorporation memorandum before going on sale. There is no stated delivery date, and for that reason no year is fixed here.

• Concept: greenery as a continuation of the park — the lines follow a continuous design, and the project treats the proximity of Parque Ibirapuerai as a matter of concept, not as a brochure argument.
• Trivia: the plot is a corner one, fronting both Avenida República do Líbanoi and Alameda Jauaperii. It is a detail worth noting because more than one launch in this same stretch advertises “corner with Jauaperi” — they are different addresses, on opposite sides of the avenue.

Architecture and aesthetics

Jacobsen Arquiteturai is known for a language of horizontality, timber and generous spans that was born in the beach house and migrated to the vertical building; here it translates into continuous lines and a volume that engages in dialogue with the park’s green mass rather than competing with it. A single 575 m² unit type repeats throughout the tower — the decision that defines the product — and the interiors come from the same firm, which in practice eliminates the seam between design and finish. The landscaping is by Orsini Paisagismoi.

Moema: the address

Two names for the same address

The plot sits on the border between Moema and Ibirapuera, and both names are legitimate. The postcode registers Ibirapuera; the high-end market treats the address as Moema. This entry adopts the name in common use and keeps the other for anyone searching by it.

This is the stretch of Avenida República do Líbanoi that is already almost park: a few hundred metres from the gate of Parque Ibirapuerai, where the avenue leaves the commerce of Moemai behind and meets the tree-lined edge of Ibirapuerai. Alameda Jauaperii, which forms the plot’s other frontage, is one of the quadrant’s residential tree-lined lanes — leafy, with local traffic, with the quiet the avenue lacks. The corner delivers both things at once, and it is honest to say it also delivers the bus and the traffic light of República do Líbano; the price of the walk to the park is living alongside a road that works all day long. In exchange, it is one of the few addresses in the city where the park is not a weekend outing, but the next block over.
