Who it is
Benx is the residential development arm of Grupo Bueno Netto, with almost fifty years in the market and more than a hundred and fifty developments. Based in Vila Olímpia, it operates from the economy segment (the Viva Benx line) to the high end, and signs Parque Global, a planned neighbourhood on the Marginal Pinheiros described as the largest real estate project under development in Latin America.
