Jardim América is the first garden neighbourhood in Brazil and in South America, designed by the Cia. City with a layout by Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin. Curving, tree-lined streets, generous plots and strictly residential use define an address that is synonymous with traditional São Paulo elite. Listed by CONDEPHAAT since 1986, it preserves low density and controlled building heights, which makes it one of the city’s most stable and sought-after addresses.
