Lux 590 Itaim Bibi

History

Lux 590 is by Lux Incorporadorai, the development arm of a São Paulo group that has worked since 2002 in the Itaimi · Vila Nova Conceiçãoi corridor and carries out development and construction under the same roof. The architectural project is by Pablo Slemensoni — the name that signs the most buildings in the archive, and who in the same neighbourhood is also responsible for Arbórea Itaimi and Casa Leopoldoi. The sales pitch says what it came for: rare by nature, precise by choice.

Sales, the developer warns, will only take place after registration of the real estate development, under the terms of Law No. 4,591/64 — and there is, as of August 2026, no declared delivery date. For that reason the delivery year is not fixed here.

Architecture and aesthetics

Pablo Slemensoni works here with a slender tower: seventeen storeys over five basement levels, which solves parking without spreading the base across the plot. The broad balconies with panoramic views are the project’s declared gesture, and the scale of the units grows from the standard floor to the top — a 437 m² duplex with double-height ceiling and private terrace, and a single 545 m² penthouse with private pool and 360° terrace.

Itaim Bibi: the address

Rua Jesuíno Arrudai is the Itaimi you live in, not the one you work in: a leafy street of short blocks, a few steps from Rua Bandeira Paulistai and Joaquim Florianoi, where much of the neighbourhood’s fine dining is concentrated, and still set back from the traffic of the avenues. The stretch between Rua Doutor Renato Paes de Barrosi and Bandeira Paulista is the most residential of all, and it is where the archive already records neighbours such as Arbórea Itaimi and Chateau Latouri. From the address you can walk to Shopping JK Iguatemii and, by car, in minutes, reach the Faria Limai corridor.
