Who it is
Lux Incorporadora is the development arm of Grupo Lux, which has been building since 2002 and brings together development, construction and holdings under one roof — for tax purposes, developer and builder are the same legal entity. It operates in the upscale addresses of São Paulo’s south zone, with extensions to Riviera de São Lourenço and Bertioga, and maintains a second development brand, Ziva.
Product vision
- Positioning: high- and ultra-high-end, with projects featuring few units and generous floor areas.
- Anchor locations: Itaim Bibi and Vila Nova Conceição.
- Model: a special-purpose entity per development, with signature architecture commissioned (Pablo Slemenson in Itaim).
