Rua Doutor Alberto Seabra runs along the boundary between Alto de Pinheirosi, Vila Ida and Vila Madalenai — three neighbourhood readings for the same patch of city, which explains why this address appears advertised sometimes as one, sometimes as another. In postal terms, the stretch answers to Vila Madalena; the market sells it as Alto de Pinheiros.
