Who they are
Paes & Gregori is a construction and development company from São Paulo, established in August 1994, based in Pinheiros with an office in Sumarezinho. Over three decades it has built an uncommon profile in the São Paulo market: the house closes the full cycle — it develops, builds and sells, with its own property-brokerage arm registered with CRECI/SP.
In the archive, it is part of the development consortium for Harmonia da Vila, in Vila Madalena, alongside SDI Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, Emoções and Chequer & Chequer, gathered under the special-purpose company Segor. The development was approved by the Municipality in March 2019, received its construction permit in September of the same year, and was born on a corner plot of just over two thousand square metres as the neighbourhood’s newest high-end launch. The brokerage is also handled by the firm, jointly with Lopes.
