Who it is
Emoções Incorporadora is a São Paulo property developer, opened in 2010 and based in Vila Madalena. Over the past decade it went through a restructuring that gave rise to the Star Ópera holding company — the two names coexist. It has two Prêmio Master Imobiliário recognitions: 2013, with the Horizonte JK (social responsibility), and 2023, with the Horizonte Flamboyant, in Goiânia (residential).
