By Lavvii — the boutique developer born from the partnership with Cyrelai — Le Six occupies a plot on Rua Cubatãoi, in one of the most valued locations in São Paulo, between Paulista and Ibirapuera. The project brings an unprecedented concept to the capital: a residential building with services inspired by international hospitality, in partnership with CBRE, a global reference in property management — concierge, 24-hour doorman, courier service, sports coaching and a booking app. The developer states the development is under construction; the delivery year is not fixed here while the works are ongoing.

Architecture and aesthetics

Architecture by MCAA Arquitetosi, with contemporary lines and an active façade: three towers of ground floor plus 27 storeys, prioritising natural light and the integration between social and private spaces. Décor and curation of the spaces by Cássia Kroeffi and landscaping by Benedito Abbudi, connecting the central plaza and the solarium to the interior setting.
