Who it is
Lavvi (B3: LAVV3) was born in 2016 as a partnership between Cyrela and the Horn family, going public on the Novo Mercado in 2020. Based in São Paulo and operating mainly in the capital and Greater São Paulo, it is led by Ralph Horn and works from mid-to-high-end through to luxury, with a strong focus on branded developments.

- Positioning: mid-to-high-end, high-end and luxury, with accumulated launched GSV above R$ 15 billion, according to the company.
- Differentiators: the backing and land bank of Cyrela combined with developments carrying international brand signatures.
