Eterno Alma Brasileira

History

From the Alma Brasileira line, the Eterno is born of a partnership between Setini and Trisuli on a corner plot in Paraísoi, with frontages onto Rua Manuel da Nóbregai and Rua Tutóiai. The proposal starts from the landscape: the greenery of Ibirapuera Park, a few steps away, is the theme of a project that brings nature indoors. Architecture by LE Arquitetosi, interiors by Dado Castello Brancoi and landscaping by Mera Arquiteturai. The developers declare the development to be a launch; the delivery year is not fixed here while construction is not concluded.

Architecture and aesthetics

Authorial architecture by LE Arquitetosi in a single tower of 31 storeys and low density. Interiors signed by Dado Castello Brancoi and tropical landscaping by Mera Arquiteturai, which stitches the common areas to the surrounding greenery. The residences, from 300 to 588 m², seek maximum connection with the landscape and the city.
