Who they are

Grupo Setin was founded in 1979 by Antônio Setin and has more than forty-five years in the market, with more than twenty-two thousand properties delivered. Based in Vila Nova Conceição and now in a succession led by Bianca Setin, it was a pioneer of budget hospitality in Brazil and made its striking return to the high end in 2016, with the JL tower.
