Nortis is a São Paulo developer founded in 2016 by Carlos Terepins, an engineer and co-founder of Even, alongside his son Fabio Terepins. It operates in the high and ultra-high-end segment in São Paulo’s best locations, with a strong bet on signature projects, integration with the surroundings, biophilia and sustainability (it has even pursued the GBC Brasil Condomínio seal).
