Who it is
FFi (FFI Empreendimentos e Participações) is a São Paulo luxury developer led by Fábio Rossi, based in Jardim Paulistano. It specialised in high-end house condominiums in the Cidade Jardim area, with a “family houses” model in which the owner customises the house with their own architect and decorator.
Product vision
- Positioning: luxury houses (high price points, from 800 m² to more than 1,500 m²) in gated condominiums in the upscale south zone.
- Differentiators: the concept of customisable “family houses”, rare in vertical São Paulo, with strong exclusivity and few units per development.
