Neoclassical mansion in Morumbi, with a tennis court, swimming pool and private pizzeria

In the heart of Morumbi, within a gated condominium on a street with 24-hour security, this neoclassical mansion has 1,900 m² of living space on a 2,000 m² plot, built up high on the land, which gives an open view from the bedrooms. The house is very well kept and retains the imposing scale of the original design. There are five spacious, comfortable suites, an official-size tennis court, a swimming pool and a private pizzeria. The garage holds more than ten cars, and the garden surrounding the house matches the scale of the plot. Morumbi is the neighbourhood of large-plot houses and scattered towers over the hills on the left bank of the Pinheiros river, a low-density layout that the terrain imposed before the law confirmed it. It is where the state governor lives, at the Palácio dos Bandeirantes, along with much of the city's mansions, with the woodland of the Fundação Maria Luisa e Oscar Americano working as a public park right in the middle of the neighbourhood.
