Porto Feliz is a municipality in the interior of São Paulo state, a little over an hour from the capital, which has become a high-end address in the country-house segment. The region is home to resorts and golf, equestrian and luxury leisure condominiums, notably Fazenda Boa Vista, by JHSF, attracting the UHNW public seeking a second home in the countryside without giving up services, security and resort infrastructure, with easy access by road and executive aviation.
The plots and houses within the region’s large resort condominiums are limited and highly exclusive; it is a rare second-home product much sought after by the highest-income public.
