History
Reserva Parque Ibirapuera was completed in 2003, developed by InPar in partnership with Cargill Agrícola (owner of the corner plot at Av. República do Líbano with Rua Canário), with construction management by DOX. It is an ultra-high-end residential building of ~20,600 m² built, about 700 m from Parque Ibirapuera, with a standard unit of 468 m², 5 en-suite bedrooms and 6 parking spaces — one of the most sought-after addresses in Moema.
Architecture and aesthetics
The gesture is on the ground. On a corner plot in a dense neighbourhood, the project set aside land for a garden with more than a hundred trees within the condominium itself — a decision that consumes land that could have become a unit and, in exchange, puts the treetops within view of the apartments. Inside, the same premise applies, that of generosity: one apartment per floor in 468 to 480 m², with the master suite resolved as a small apartment in itself — walk-in closet, two bathrooms and its own terrace — and the specification throughout at fixed-finish level: Carrara marble, engineered wood flooring, Ornare cabinetry. There are about 20,600 m² built. The architectural design credit is not publicly documented and is therefore not attributed here; the same applies to the interior design and landscaping.

Moema: the address
These are two addresses in one: Avenida República do Líbano at the front, Rua Canário on the side — and the two make for different cities. The avenue is a connecting, busy road, with the Saturday market on its own pavement four hundred metres away and Ibirapuera Park two hundred and twenty, on the other side of it. Rua Canário, which begins here at number 80, is the opposite: a street named after a bird, residential, that runs into the Birds quadrant and serves as a shortcut for no one. Being on the corner is having both without choosing — and it is also being in the stretch where Moema touches Vila Nova Conceição, with an early-years school a hundred and sixty metres away already on that side. The service axis charges for the distance: Estação Moema on Line 5–Lilac and Shopping Ibirapuera are more than seven hundred metres away, meaning the walk to the shops is three times the walk to the greenery.
