RGM Empreendimentos Imobiliários
A name that exists in the municipal file and almost nowhere else: RGM appears in the archive through a single address, six houses behind a single gate in Alto da Boa Vista.
Who they are
RGM Empreendimentos Imobiliários is the title-holder of the project approved by the São Paulo City Hall for Vila Alba, on Rua Job Lane. The permit for the approval and execution of the new building was issued in November 2003 and came back to the table in July 2009, when it was reconsidered; the project’s authorship belongs to the Octávio de Siqueira office. The municipal record describes exactly what stands there today: six blocks, one unit each, two storeys, on a declared plot of 4,398.50 m² with 3,126.47 m² of approved built area.
Outside this documentary trail, the company has no verifiable public footprint — there is no institutional website, brand material, business-press record or portfolio of other developments that can be safely attributed to it. Year of foundation, headquarters, size and other works remain blank for lack of a source, and will not be filled in by deduction.
Product vision
- Positioning: a gated horizontal condominium of the highest standard in a strictly residential zone. Vila Alba occupies almost half a hectare in Alto da Boa Vista with only six residences.
- Method: setback from the street alignment, independent blocks with one house each and a single access to the compound — a house with garden and deep garage, without leaving the city.
- The plot as argument: Rua Job Lane is in ZER-1, the most restrictive category of São Paulo zoning. It is the law, not the architecture, that guarantees the low skyline around it — no tower can rise next door.
