Who he is
Isay Weinfeld (São Paulo, 1952; graduated from Mackenzie in 1975) has run a multidisciplinary studio in São Paulo since 1973, spanning architecture, interiors, furniture, set design and film. He is one of the most internationally celebrated Brazilian architects, with a contemporary modernist language marked by elegance of detail, straight lines, large spans and the presence of gardens — the so-called “silent architecture”.
