A developer with a discreet public presence and a very specific product: a new house, of the highest standard, in an address where the city no longer allows building.
Who it is
Hype Empreendimentos is the developer responsible, in partnership with the builder Citycon Engenharia, for Hype Gabriel, in Jardim América — a condominium of just three houses on Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva, delivered in 2025 with a design by Roberto Migotto. The company operates out of Pinheiros and keeps a minimal institutional presence: there is no institutional website online, and the development’s hotsite went offline after delivery.
The product, however, is legible without any discourse. In a neighbourhood where verticalisation is not allowed, Hype delivered new four-storey houses with a private lift and a rooftop with a pool in each residence — the new alternative for those who, in Jardins, would normally have to buy an old house and renovate it.
Product vision
- Positioning: highest-end residential in very small clusters, in Jardins addresses where zoning limits density.
- Differentiators: condominiums with very few units, with almost total house-like autonomy — a lift of one’s own, a rooftop of one’s own, no assembly of hundreds; technical infrastructure specified and built in from delivery (VRF climate control, full-coverage rooftop generator, electric-car charging point); and a security design contracted with a specialist, with an armoured gatehouse.
