From Montreconi, UnLimited Homes is a boutique building in Vila Olímpiai, close to Faria Limai and the metro. There are just ten units, positioned so that, according to the marketing material, “the apartments don’t touch each other and are bathed in sunlight all day”.

Architecture and aesthetics

Ten units across eleven storeys — the arithmetic is already the design concept: practically one apartment per floor, with no shared wall with a neighbour, which gives each floor plan back the slab’s free faces and allows windows to open in more than one orientation. It is the density, not the adjective, that backs up the idea of apartments that don’t touch: at 191 m² and four suites, the unit occupies the entire storey. The architectural design authorship is not publicly documented and, for that reason, is not attributed here — nor are the interiors and landscaping credits.
