Montrecon Construções is a builder and developer based in Londrina, Paraná, active in vertical residential, gated communities, land subdivisions and commercial projects. Besides Paraná, it holds developments in São Paulo (Vila Olímpia, Vila Madalena, Vila Mariana and Cidade Jardim) and in Mato Grosso do Sul. It is part of the group linked to Montreal Empreendimentos Imobiliários, also from Londrina. In the São Paulo capital, it enters the ultra-high-end segment with signature projects, combining architecture from invited firms with sought-after locations.
