Tellus is an investment manager 100% focused on real estate assets, with more than eighteen years in the market and around R$7.06 billion under management. It operates across several stages of the chain — origination, structuring, acquisition, development and management — with six private equity funds and four funds listed on B3 (TEPP11, TRBL11, TELM11 and EDFO11). The funds’ portfolio spans corporate, industrial, logistics, residential, mixed-use and healthcare projects.
