Who they are
SKR was founded in 1985 by Silvio Kozuchowicz and remains a family company (Silvio, Daniel and Helena Kozuchowicz), based in Cerqueira César. It works in high-end development and construction under the “Arquitetura Viva” concept and has recognised standing with family offices. Since 2007 it has kept a long-standing partnership with Cyrela (the SK Realty joint venture), which has already totalled thousands of units.
