RDNK Chaud is a São Paulo developer that structures its developments through a special-purpose entity — one CNPJ per project —, a model common among houses that run few addresses at a time and prefer an investor-partner to permanent capital. In Jardim Guedala, it signs the development of Alta Vista Cidade Jardim, in a partnership of equity and construction with ROCONTEC.
