Who they are
Porto Ferraz is a builder based in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, established in 2001 and dedicated to civil-engineering works. It operates alongside a sister engineering-services company, created in 2006 at the same address, and frequently works in consortium — an arrangement in which two builders split the execution of a project too large for a single firm’s schedule.
That is exactly its role in the archive: Porto Ferraz formed with RFM the consortium that built O Parque Brooklin, in Brooklin — a 38,252 m² plot with three residential towers, one commercial tower and a park of around 10,000 m², where the Pétala and Folhagem towers, 44 storeys each, are among the tallest in São Paulo’s southern zone.

Signatures in the portfolio
No development in the collection carries this signature yet — it is here for the weight of the name in São Paulo's high end.
