Who it is
OR (Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias) is the real estate development arm of the Odebrecht group, today Novonor, incorporated in 2009 and heir to Odebrecht’s experience in major works and in the Bahia property market. It brought to the national sector a reputation for rigorous planning and delivery on schedule, operating in São Paulo’s high-end and ultra-high-end. The legacy of assets is today managed by Orion Empreendimentos.
