Who it is
Liv is a São Paulo developer formed as a partnership between the Camargo family — with a track record in development, logistics and communications — and the Rio Grande do Sul developer Kopstein. At the helm are partners João Pedro Camargo and Pedro Kopstein. The structure is deliberately compact, with decisions made directly by the partners.
Product vision
The focus is narrow by choice: only ultra-high-end residential, concentrated in the Jardins and Vila Nova Conceição. Architecture is the axis of the product, with signature projects by names such as Marcio Kogan, Isay Weinfeld, Thiago Bernardes and Sig Bergamin.
