- Epic by Pininfarina — Jardim Europa, with Cyrela and design by Pininfarina, the Italian studio behind Ferrari and Maserati; born to be the tallest residential tower in São Paulo, at around 210 metres.
- Vista Cyrela by Armani Casa — Jardim Guedala, with Cyrela and curation and interiors by Armani/Casa: two 206-metre towers next to the Jockey Club, announced in October 2024.
