Who it is
FG Empreendimentos is the Balneário Camboriú developer and builder behind the string of towers that made the city Brazil’s biggest hub of residential skyscrapers. Its portfolio produced successive national height records — including the Millennium Palace, Brazil’s tallest from 2014 to 2019 — and FG is behind the Senna Tower, designed to be, on completion, the tallest exclusively residential building in the world.
The firm operates on a vertically integrated basis, developing and building its own projects, almost all concentrated along the Balneário Camboriú waterfront, on Avenida Atlântica and Barra Sul.
