Who they are
Concivil Construtora e Incorporadora was incorporated in 1993 and is based in São Paulo, in the Ibirapuera area. It is controlled by the Suriani family and forms part of Grupo Estancorp — a corporation that brings together, besides Concivil itself (residential and corporate development), the Estanplaza hotel chain, the Estanconfor long-stay operation and the Estancorporate corporate leasing arm, in a vertically integrated model that runs from a development’s conception to its management and appreciation over time.

It positions itself as a developer of residential, corporate and hospitality developments “with services”, seeking plots in the city’s most prestigious areas and retaining a stake in part of the units as a long-term asset investment.
