The residential development arm of the TRX group: gated developments with very few houses in exclusive addresses of São Paulo, named after their number of units.
Who it is
2BS Investimentos is the residential development arm of the TRX group, based on Faria Lima. It states more than thirty residential developments completed and more than a hundred corporate developments delivered, and describes its own approach as discreet and selective — few projects, all in established locations.
Product vision
- Positioning: ultra-high-end houses in gated developments, with a minimum number of units, in the lowest-density neighbourhoods of the affluent west and south zones.
- Differentiators: scale. The Six Cidade Jardim has six houses; Arraia, in Jardim Europa, has three. The development’s name is often its own spec sheet.
Launches
- The Six Cidade Jardim — six houses of 540 to 690 m² in Jardim Guedala, with architecture by DMDV Arquitetos.
- Arraia Jardim Europa, Milano I and Milano II (Alto de Pinheiros) and Vista Park Ibirapuera (outside the scope of this collection).
