Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of your data
Send an email to maestro@fragata.club with the subject "Data deletion request".
In the message, state the phone number you used to contact us on WhatsApp. That is the only information we need to find your records.
What we delete
- Your conversation history with us, including message content and media.
- Your contact record: phone number, profile name and any notes associated with it.
- Records of properties you enquired about, linked to you.
How long it takes
We confirm deletion in writing within 15 days of receiving your request. If any data must be retained to comply with Brazilian law, we tell you exactly what was kept and the legal reason.
Cost and requirements
There is no cost. You do not need an account with us, and you do not need to justify the request.
