At One Sixty, a 300 m² apartment with four en-suite bedrooms in Vila Olímpia

At One Sixty, the Vila Olímpia tower that brought Brazil its first Yoo Studio project by Philippe Starck, this 300 m² apartment decorated by interior designer Lethicia Panossian combines a classic and contemporary language, with copper tones and light-coloured furniture. The unit is on a high floor, guaranteeing a privileged view, and has a spacious living room with a double-height ceiling, a gourmet balcony and a fire pit that lend grandeur to the setting. Designed by Jonas Birger, One Sixty's architecture repeats that scale throughout the building: ceilings over six metres high and a thirty-metre social hall under a seven-metre ceiling. This unit's private hall has two lifts; there is also a study and four en-suite bedrooms, the master with a walk-in closet and private terrace. The condominium, built by Cyrela on a 5,650 m² plot, is fully equipped: two swimming pools, one of them indoor, a gym, spa, party hall with a Baccarat chandelier signed by Starck, gourmet space, official tennis court and a home office. In Vila Olímpia, a former industrial area reconverted into a corporate and technology hub next to Faria Lima, residents have work, dining and nightlife just steps away.
