Apartment at Prudência, Rino Levi building with Burle Marx mural, in Higienópolis

Prudência is the building by Rino Levi that inaugurated the modern apartment in São Paulo, with gardens and a tile mural by Roberto Burle Marx, a listed heritage building since 1994, four apartments per floor in an open floor plan. The apartment has a spacious living room, with room for several settings, large windows and open views over the neighbourhood, and a high ceiling. There are four bedrooms with balconies and plenty of natural light, one of them en suite. The kitchen is fitted, with a central marble worktop. There are also two staff bedrooms with a bathroom. There are 3 parking spaces, a short walk from Shopping Pátio Higienópolis. Higienópolis is one of São Paulo's most traditional neighbourhoods, with tree-lined streets, squares such as Praça Buenos Aires and Praça Vilaboim, the latter with its own restaurant scene, and Universidade Mackenzie nearby, a step from Avenida Paulista. The neighbourhood also has Clube A Hebraica and traditional schools such as Rainha da Paz and Sion.
