Tishman Speyer is a developer, owner and manager of real estate assets of American origin (founded in 1978, in New York). In Brazil it has operated for around 30 years — arriving in the mid-1990s — and keeps its headquarters in São Paulo, on Avenida Rebouças, in Pinheiros. Its Brazilian track record combines iconic corporate developments and high-end residential projects.
