Who they are
Paula Eduardo Incorporadora e Construtora is a family-run São Paulo company, founded in 1982 and led by partners Edmundo de Paula Eduardo and Ulysses de Paula Eduardo Neto — “Paula Eduardo” is the family surname, not the joining of two first names. Over more than four decades it has delivered more than 400 units, totalling around 150,000 m² built between residential and commercial developments. It is based in the southern zone of the capital and works in both the development and construction of its projects, much of it concentrated in the Berrini and Pinheiros corporate corridors.
